Account Cancellation and Charge Inquiries

  2. To ask questions about a charge on your account or to cancel your Yahoo! Search Marketing account you may call our Customer Solutions phone number, or e-mail us by clicking on the Customer Support link in the upper right corner of your Yahoo! Search Marketing account:

    Sunday: Closed

    Customer Solutions is closed on the following holidays:
    Christmas Day

  3. If I cancel my Yahoo! Search Marketing account what happens to any unused, pre-paid amounts that have been charged to my credit card or PayPal account?
  4. Upon your written request, any unused, pre-paid amount left on your account after account cancellation will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account that was used for payment. Credits are refunded to your credit card or PayPal account within 3 – 5 business days.

    Account cancellation is processed at the time of your call. However, your final refund credit may reflect charges for additional clicks occurring between the initial call for cancellation and reasonable lag times for processing of your cancellation.

  5. What if my pre-payments were made by check?
  6. Upon your written request, pre-payments made by check will be refunded in a check sent via first class U.S. Mail. The typical time for your refund to be processed is within 4 – 6 weeks. This processing time range does not include U.S. Postal Service routing times.
